3. Quotation Requests and Inquiries

Submitting a quotation request through this website does not constitute a purchase order, a binding agreement, or a guarantee of product availability or pricing. All quotations provided by Henan Goldwen Technology Equipment Co., Ltd are:

  • Valid for the period stated in the quotation document (typically 30 days unless otherwise specified)
  • Subject to final pricing based on confirmed order quantities, delivery destination, and prevailing logistics costs
  • Conditional on stock availability at the time of order confirmation

A binding purchase agreement is only formed when both parties have signed a formal commercial contract and Henan Goldwen Technology Equipment Co., Ltd has issued a written order confirmation.

  • Handling and disposing of leaching tailings and return water in accordance with applicable environmental laws

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Henan Goldwen Technology Equipment Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the use of our products where those products have not been used in accordance with the supplied technical documentation and MSDS.

Our total liability to any customer in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with a product purchase shall not exceed the value of the relevant purchase order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts.
